Anniversary bottling made from 100% Assyrtiko, dedicated to the first vinification of Grigoris Koutsogiannopoulos, a representative of the family’s 5th generation.
This is a dry white P.D.O. wine, aged for 3 months in tank, highlighting the authentic character of the variety.
It stands out for its intense minerality, vibrant acidity, and fresh expression, with an aromatic profile of citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit) and white-fleshed fruits such as white peach. The finish is marked by an elegant saline intensity.
Food pairings
Ideal with raw or grilled seafood, grilled fish, shellfish, ceviche, white meats with lemon-based sauces, as well as fine Greek cheeses.
