DESCRIPTION
Rooted in the island of Santorini since 1870, the Koutsogiannopoulos family has built a legacy of winemaking excellence that spans five generations.

Varietal Composition: 100% Assyrtiko

Harvested from select over-60-years old vineyards in prime locations across the island, mainly in Messaria, Vourvoulos, and Akrotiri.
Stainless steel tanks fermented in a controlled environment at gradually increasing temperatures and then aged for 3 months on fine lees.

Tasting Notes:
Pale lemon in colour with slightly green highlights. A genuine Assyrtiko, exhibiting aromas of flower blossoms, citrus, white stone fruits, and hints of minerals.
Great, creamy yet crisp, structure. Long and lingering finish.

Best enjoyed at 10–12°C.

Ageing Potential: Up to 8 years.
