DESCRIPTION
Rooted on the island of Santorini since 1870, the Koutsogiannopoulos family has built a legacy of winemaking excellence that spans five generations.
Varietal Composition: 100% Assyrtiko
Select parcels from prime locations across the island, including, Exo Gialos, Vlychada, Monolithos, Vourvoulos, and Akrotiri.
Skin contacted for 3–4 days. Stainless steel tank fermented for 6 months in a controlled environment at gradually increasing temperatures.
Tasting Notes:
Mid golden in color with orange highlights. Aromas of red apple, ripe peach, and fully ripe citrus and stone fruits, complemented by notes of honey and straw, lend it a unique and stylish character.
Full-bodied with a powdery dry extract and long and lingering finish.
Enjoyed fresh or aged at 10–12°C.
