DESCRIPTION
With roots on the island of Santorini since 1870, the Koutsogiannopoulos family has built a legacy of winemaking excellence that spans for five generations.

Varietal Composition: A premium single-varietal Assyrtiko that reflects our family’s vision of exploring Santorini’s incredible winemaking potential.

Harvested from century-old northeast vineyards at an altitude of 80 meters in Exo Yalos, Fira.

Organic, chemical-free cultivation.

Fermented in egg-shaped vats under gradually increasing temperature conditions and aged for six months on natural stirred fine lees.

Tasting Notes:
Pale lemon in colour with notes of candied citrus and ripe stone fruit with hints of brioche and biscuit balanced with a mineral, saline character.

Excellent structure and creamy texture with a long finish.

Best enjoyed at 10 - 12°C
