DESCRIPTION
Rooted in the island of Santorini since 1870, the Koutsogiannopoulos family has built a legacy of winemaking excellence that spans five generations.
Varietal Composition: Aidani(60%), Mandilaria (40%)
Crafted from selected parcels of grapes in prime locations across the island. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at gradually increasing controlled temperatures and briefly aged for 3 months on fine lees.
Tasting Notes:
Bright rosé color in colour with salmon highlights. A fruity nose with prevailing aromas of raspberry and pomegranate followed by a full, well-balanced mouthfeel that ends with a lively finish.
Particularly well-balanced on the palate, quite full-bodied with a pronounced and expressive finish.
Best enjoyed at 10–12°C.
