DESCRIPTION

With roots on the island of Santorini since 1870, the Koutsogiannopoulos family has built a legacy of winemaking excellence that spans for five generations.

Varietal Composition: Made from a rare local variety grown in only 30 hectares across the island, a mere fraction of Santorini’s grape plantings.

A consistently outstanding single varietal regardless of pronounced year-to-year vintage variation. Fermented in stainless steel tanks in a controlled environment at low temperatures and briefly aged on fine lees for 3 months.

Tasting Notes:
Pale lemon in colour. The nose is fragrant with floral notes of jasmine and orange blossom that blend with tropical fruit, soft herbs and a hint of salinity, while the palate offers a firm texture followed by a refreshing finish.

Best enjoyed at 7-10°C
