DESCRIPTION
With roots on the island of Santorini since 1870, the Koutsogiannopoulos family has built a legacy of winemaking excellence that spans for five generations.

Varietal Composition: Mandilaria, Mavrotragano, Mavrothiro.
Sourced from select parcels in prime locations across the island.                             

Cold soaked and fermented at gradually increasing temperatures and then aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Mid ruby in color. Lively nose with aromas of red fruit, herbal notes and sweet spices from the barrel ageing. Rich and full on the palate with a lingering aromatic finish. Best enjoyed at 14–16°C.
